Isn't it horrible to have to wait for new furniture????
We bought a new KING mattress tonight, and a new headboard/footboard to go with it! The mattress is a Serta (from the Vera Wang collection - who knew mattresses had to be as fancy as a wedding dress????). And here is the bed

I am not sure I will keep that bedding though. I am torn about what I want in the room. The bedding is from Walmart, from their Better Homes and Gardens collection. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items, but I am thinking of going with a pretty tan toile set I saw on ebay. Not sure, not sure!
6 to 8 weeks??? That's like....forever!! I bet the wait is just killing you. Ah well, I'm sure it will be worth it, and the bedding is just gorgeous! Love it!!

ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I love the metal frame. We have a big wood sleigh bed, but it is so beat up I'm not sure it's going to survive the move. We bought a king sized mattress right before we got married, and I'll never go back to anything smaller! With kids and dogs, a king feels too small sometimes :) Right now, only W and I sleep in the king and it's still not big enough! LOL
